How we work

A typical engagement runs from two to six weeks. We interview the team, read the code and the data, measure what can be measured, and deliver a written report with recommendations prioritised by effort against impact. We do not deliver generic slide decks: every recommendation carries an estimated cost and an expected outcome.

Independence

We do not resell licences and we hold no partnerships that could influence our recommendations. If the right answer is to build nothing, that is exactly what we will tell you.
