Sometimes you do not need a project vendor but stable engineering capacity embedded in your team. The dedicated team model covers exactly that need.

How it works

We propose candidates and you interview them. The people selected work exclusively on your product, join your ceremonies and report inside your structure. We remain accountable for the contract, the technical level and continuity: if someone leaves, we prepare the replacement, with an overlap period.

Maintenance with an SLA

For systems already in production we offer support with a guaranteed response time: four hours for critical incidents, one working day for major ones. It includes security updates, monitoring, monthly reports and a monthly improvement budget, so the system does not stagnate.

Transparency

You receive a monthly report with effort spent, work completed and the state of technical debt. The contract can be scaled down or up with one month's notice.
